Build demand & a scalable digital infrastructure for Bioderma in India

The Solution

Mindstorm took up the challenge to increase demand by first defining a measurable metric to assess demand in India via Digital. As Google partners, we understand that Demand can be measured by the ability to calculate number of searches. This helped us set a Digital & Social Media Strategy to increase demand for the brand.

Mindstorm started by deploying a full scale digital marketing strategy which included social media marketing, digital advertising, community development, building a country specific website, Search Engine Optimisation & the ultimate large scale challenge of deploying a 1000 member Influencer Marketing activation.

Leveraging Mindstorm’s large base of Lifestyle influencers in India across CAT A, CAT B & CAT C, Bioderma was empowered with an army of over 1000 lifestyle influencers at disposal. Bioderma quickly decided to use the approach of sampling with customers and redirected it towards sampling via influencers to gain mass brand mentions on the internet. This led to a 50% – 60% increase in demand for the brand over a span of 6 months.

*Demand was measured by analysing over over 20 million monthly searches on Google.
